love your body week 2012 at the university of north texas! i do this every year and it gets better every time. i already know this is going to get ‘durrrrhhhh fat iz not helthie’ comments. first of all, my health or non-health and everything in between is my business, not anyone else’s. two, there is health at every size. three, love your body week is about promoting GOOD SELF-ESTEEM, GOOD SELF-WORTH, GOOD SELF-IMAGE, AND BODY POSITIVITY no matter size, shape, race, gender/non-gender, abilities, HEALTH/NON-HEALTH or anything else.
that being said, i leave this - BEAUTY IS NOT A PANT SIZE AND A NUMBER ON THE SCALE CAN AND WILL NOT EVER COME CLOSE TO DESCRIBING ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR WORTH OR YOUR BEING.
